How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your home and the scope of the job. Most full-house pressure washes fall between $250–$600, and window cleaning typically runs $8–$15 per window. Send us a quick quote request and we'll give you a flat all-in price.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured with general liability coverage on every job. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance before any work begins.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?

Not with the right technique. We use soft-wash methods for delicate surfaces like roofs, painted wood, and older siding. High pressure is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete and brick. We always match the method to the material.

Do I need to be home during service?

Not necessarily for exterior work — as long as we have access to a water spigot and outdoor outlets, we can get to work. For interior window cleaning, someone does need to be home.

How soon can you come out?

Most jobs are scheduled within the same week. During peak season (spring and early summer), we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead when possible.

What payment do you accept?

Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion — never upfront.
